InMilkco conducts audits among the suppliers of the primary product

Due to the fact that the summer has started a laboratory of the InMilkco company is carries out a scheduled audits of the removes storage facilities, logistics company and suppliers of basic and extra raw materials.

The audits are conducted according to the rules of the HACCP (Analysis and Critical Control Points) rules to avoid different kinds of risks and food safety incidents during the whole product cycle, from the transportation of raw materials to the producing place till the transportation to freight outlets.

While the freight outlets conducting of these checks a committee pays a special attention to the next activities:

1)     Temperature of the delivery of the merchandise from the factory’s storages to the removes storage facilities and the storages of the logistics company,
2)    Activities of the temperature-humidity storage conditions in the removes storage facilities and the storages of the logistics company,
3)    Sanitation of the storages and carrying-out of requirements of the HACCP system.
4)    Control of the delivery terms from the storages to freight outlets.
