Yuriy Kovalenko has great experience of headship in companies on the Ukrainian foodstuffs market.

From 1994 to 2001 he dealt with manufacturing of meat foodstuffs, and was in charge of production techniques. Increasing the capitalization, Yuriy Kovalenko sold up his shares. He took the position of chief marketing officer of dairy plant. 

The most significant among strategic goals Yuriy Kovalenko has fulfilled within 8 years being in charge are: sales volume increase up to 87% in 2009-2010, bringing four new brands to the market, signing contracts on Private Label production with two of four nationwide supermarket chains. Under Yuriy Kovalenko`s guidance systems of strategic and financial planning and model of direct goal-oriented staff motivation have been implemented.
